~Solar Lights~

Good Morning!
Hope this finds you all doing good! I went to my family dr yesterday morning, and he said I'm doing real good and that he doesn't want to see me for 6 months! Whoo Hoo!! I can handle that!! Just got to work on losing my extra weight, which I'm trying to do!

I'm sharing some pictures of my railings that my Hubby put on our front porch for me...

The new black shutters and white porch rail sure does make a big difference... It's like the difference in night and day!! I think both of these guys did a fantastic job... don't you?

How did your Halloween Trick or Treat Night go? Our electricity went off around 5pm.. Thank goodness the timer for our baked salmon went off just in the knick of time before the electric went off!! It was getting darker out, and we still had no lights, no street lights, no lights whatsoever.. My hubby got his lantern and set it ontop of our wood bench so the kids would know to stop at our house. The electric did come back on at 7:30pm, so the kids still had lots of time for an enjoyable trick or treat night.. I think the parents as well as the kids were glad the lights came back on... I was too!! We got rid of all but 4 pieces of candy, from 2 large packed full bags!! How bout that!!!
