Good Morning!
I have been sooo very BAD this week with my eating! I just know I've gained a few pounds since I weighed in last week! And to think that I actually had a weight loss last week! I get so mad at myself! I am soo addicted to the delishious milk chocolate truffles that absolutely melt in one's mouth! My hubby also bought some individual chocolate ice cream cups and of course I, well we both, had to have not only one but two of them almost every night! I can't lose weight eating these things! So... on to a start of a new weight watcher's week! I'm going to really be watching what I put into my mouth this week! I've got to really get serious as I want to get back down to my goal weight, which I know I can do, since I'm a Lifetime Member of Weight Watcher's.. So, back to disaplining myself and definately watching what is on that eating utensil of mine!! So green salads, veggies, fruits, soups, fish and chicken, here I come, with fork and spoon in hand!! (Only eating all the right portions though)... :)
It's a beautiful and gorgeous day outside today! I guess we are to get to around 72* or so.. I can sooo handle that temperature a whole lot better than 30 some degree weather, that's for sure! Hard to believe that it was wintertime here just a few days ago! I love this kind of weather a whole bunch better!
You all have a great Tuesday! Thank you so much for visiting today!
Blessings,
~Lynn

Don't you love Weight Watchers! I lost so much weight on that program after I had Aubrie - it was great. I need to get back on it though - I'm up a few pounds from my normal weight which is still up a few pounds from my goal weight! I'd love to lose 10! Keep up the good work and you'll definitely see results :)

Lynn, doesn't it just suck that the most delicious foods make us fat? And I don't know about you, but after 40 it's so hard to lost the weight as quickly as we did in our 20's. Anyhow, I know you can do it! Good luck!

Hello Lynn,
ReplyDeleteOh, don't I know what you are talking about! I was always petite and a size 5..I'm only 5' tall...so when my metabolism took an extended vacation to Tahiti without me I've been battling the weight ever since!
Several months ago I had to face the fact of how high my bad cholesterol and trigclycerides were so I've cut out all meat in the home and only eat veggies, pasta, and rice [which I do love]. With the medicine and my diet change I got my cholesterol at very good numbers now and I've lost 9 pounds!
Now...who knew I could lose weight by eating all of this good stuff?! I am a true believer that cutting out the meat has made the difference. I do eat a hamburger steak when we go out a few times a month but that's it.
My sister has been using Weight Watchers for a few years now. She did pretty good for a while and then gained back a little bit. It's just so hard...our bodies and minds just can't stay connected 100% of the time! :0)
We all need to splurge here and there so don't fret..you'll lose those few pounds.
Thanks so much for coming by for a visit..It's nice to meet you..you come back anytime and I'll do the same.
Hugs,
Stephanie ♥
Hi Lynn,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for stopping by my blog and celebrating my "Cottage Style" feature. It's comforting to know so many people are enjoying my home. Your sweet comments are very much appreciated.
Have a great day,
xo Cathy
Hope you have a good day today at WW. I am a lifetime member too but you couldn't tell it. I like to cook, bake and eat what I fix. Not ao good thing.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
Lynn, thanks for stopping by my blog....and you are most welcome.
ReplyDeleteThese images are sent to me from time to time...and I store them away...but you know what...my " cup runneth over" with stuff. And I will never get around to using all of them....so have decided that I will be sharing more and more of them as I go along.
I have this ILLUSION ( "an illusion is a distortion of the senses" ....say's Webster ) THAT I will be a money making Crafter some day...well..don't think so anymore...!!! There is just too much MARVELOUS, OVER THE TOP competition out there and that is not my true passion anyway.
I hardly have time to use my Camera as much as I would like...which is my real firt love (photography )...that is of course, besides "the hunt" for antiques. And those two usually go hand in hand anymore with me.
OK...got to run and address a couple more comments on my blog... I follow
( just guessing ) about 50 blogs now...
WHEW! Am I ever having FUN !
Rose
