Good Morning!
I am sooo excited about being able to play our Wii games again! It's been well over 3 weeks since I last played.. My husband has been practicing all the games on it though, and boy, do I have alot of catching up to do!!
I went to my family Dr. Wednesday, and he said that I'm doing real good! I saw my Cardiologist Dr. yesterday, and he also said that I'm doing real good. He wants to see me in a month. Both he and my family Dr. are going to help me get my cholorestrol down.. I'm on med's that hopefully will help with doing just that! It's not that it's real high, but they'd like it to be around 70 instead of the 85 of where it's at now.. They both said for me to get a half hour a day exercise in per day, like walking, playing our Wii, etc.., and to carefully watch my diet, and to eat lots of fruits and veggies.. which, I already do, being on weight watcher's and all.. and to stay away from greasy foods.. which I've not been real careful about doing lately.. I do like having french fries every once in awhile.. But, I will try to pay more attention to that now..

ReplyDeleteI would love to get a Wii! It's wonderful that you are doing so much better. And I have a confesssion to make...I like french fries too but now I only eat them once in awhile.

ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry that you've been having some health issues, my friend...but it sounds like you are well on your way to a successful recovery! Ohhh boy, I hear ya...when it comes to cholesterol...eeeks! It's something that I'm working on as well! Sounds like you have a fun weekend planned with your WII bowling game! That's too cute, Darlin'! I must admit that I've never played on one of those but they sure are popular with my kids and grandkids!

I've been out of the blog visiting loop for awhile, so I didn't realize what was going on. Glad to see you got a good report and a regimen for getting your cholesterol down! Those Wii games are fun, aren't they? I love the bowling one...I love to watch people play that one too....everybody has their own style!
