Hello! Dan and I attended early morning services at our church on Easter Morning, then we met our youngest son, Daniel at Olive Garden for brunch.. Everything was real good! We had a nice time chatting with each other while eating some delishious food too!!
I shared with you all today, a picture I took of our Bradford Pear Tree that is in our front yard. I love all the beautiful white little blossoms that are on it now. Sooo very pretty! I'd love to see if I could have a pink or white dogwood tree planted in our yard somewhere this year.. I think they are so beautiful, as well as the beautiness of the Red Bud tree.. I wouldn't mind having one of them planted someplace in my yard either! This is the time of the year when I get so excited for when we plant some new flowers in our front yard. I'd like to get some more planted in our back yard this year too, for me to be able to sit back and enjoy! We shall see what all my hubby and I can come up with this year!
Have a great day!
Blessings,
~Lynn

Hi Lynn :)
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a perfect Easter. What a gorgeous tree! I would love to have one myself ;)
Thank you so much for your sweet comment. Things are better now, thank goodness :)

Such a beautiful tree! We have tried to grow dwarf apple trees, but so far all we have gotten were dead trees.
ReplyDeleteDid you know our youngest daughter is named Avery? She will be 18 in June. I love her name...I think it is my favorite of all my kids.
We have three of those in our front yard!~ They are gorgeous, and this year we noticed they turned pink? Maybe they always have, but we just noticed!~ Hope you had a lovely day:)
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining my blog. I'm returning the favor! Enjoying reading yours as well. Love the tree. I've been seeing these trees in bloom all around us and had no idea it was a Bradford Pear. You can tell I'm not much on plants/trees. I love those trees and never realized they bloomed like that. We are covered in pollen right now here in GA. It looks like yellow snow. I need to take pics. Never seen this much. Maybe that means we'll have lots of pretty flowers! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteLove your music.....your day sounds filled with love of family and good food....like you I am looking forward to planting my flowers and plants.......:-) Hugs
