Hope everyone isn't getting too pooped out from doing all their Christmas shopping, decorating and all! I've gone shopping three straight days in a row here, for like several hours each day and probably will do some more of the same today! Will I ever get it all done!?? I don't even have our Christmas tree up and decorated yet!! The older I get, the slower my body moves, so it seems to me anyhow! Seems like it takes me forever to do anything anymore! But, I am getting closer to having my shopping all done, which is really a good thing! Once I have everybody all bought, I'll then be able to concentrate on decorating my rooms with my Christmasy figurines and decor and get our tree up and decorated.. It won't take me all that long I don't think, but, just the way I feel today...it just might though! Ha!! I've learned to just take it slow and do what I can... and then continue on with it the next day! It'll still be there waiting! This goes for anything that I need to do! I think it took me 3 days last year to decorate our tree! (It's a slim Christmas tree that's 6 1/2-7' tall) I took my time and it really turned out pretty...
Oh, I almost forgot... I got me some of the Christmas Blend coffee from Starbucks yesterday, and it is sooo very delish!! They had a deal of buy one pound, get one free! I hope all you Starbucks fans were able to get in on their fantastic deal!

ReplyDeleteAll our children are grown married and live out of state. We have 1 grandbaby. Shes so cute!
We send gift cards to them.
We put up no big tree. Just a few min. trees.
No lights outside.

Shopping is the same way for me. Just got all my gifts out today and realized I still have more shopping to do. Oh well, that's what it's all about.

Glad for the heads up on the movie. I better go check now as dont know the time. We subscribe to the Hallmark Channel cause they have lots of family movies on there. I caboshed the big tree 2 years ago. Now I have a small table top tree. Already has the lights on it, cant get any better than that, lol...
