My question today is... Do I or Don't I go to my Weight Watcher's meeting today? I know I really should go..but, I have a feeling that their scales is going to show another weight gain for me, like they did last week! I really do want to get back to my goal weight, but find that I'm running out of persistence and all the other things it takes for me to stay and keep myself focused! Who would have ever thought that I would have to be fighting a weight battle at this age and stage of my life! I get sooo frustrated!! I just want to be like I was when I was in my 20's and 30's... eat whatever I want and not gain any weight... That was great until I was in my mid 30's when I met my husband, Dan, and we first started dating, and then were married two years later. I noticed that my size 6- 8 clothes were getting tighter and tighter on me, but, I didn't pay that no mind.. I was just happier than what I had been in years and was eating all kinds of food that I didn't eat before I met Dan... Everything tasted sooo good and sooo delish!! I know, I'm in control of what and what I can or can't do or accomplish for myself... I've got to grab the bull by the horns and get completely serious about this weight gain/loss thing and get myself on with the program! YES, I am going to my Weight Watcher's meeting today! I am going to start making the right decisions for ME! I am going to try my best to stay focused!

I'm sending you positive vibes for your weigh in today :)
ReplyDeleteGood for you on going even when the going gets tough.
Have a great day
hoping your weigh in went well. It's so frustrating to see the scale move in the other direction. I'll be cheering you on from here.
ReplyDeleteYou look great in both but I know how it feels to be at a certain size. I am not at mine now either and I reeeallly want to be! Keep pushing on!!
ReplyDeleteGirlfriend, you go! you can make the good decisions today, I just know it!!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you find that model thing? So fun!!!
Oh Lynn I hope you went to WW, my meetings are Monday night and even with the cold and snowy weather my friend and I went. I think it helps us to follow their healthy plan. Let me know how you made out ok, we can do this together..:-)Hugs
ReplyDeleteHi Lynn! Long time, no talk! LOL! I was just catching up on some of my fav blogs since I had to take a snow day off from work today. We have about 10-12 inches of snow here in Virginia and it's still coming down. Come on spring ~ I'm ready for ya!
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to pop in and say that I think you look fantastic in your current picture. I too, am struggling with a regain of about 25 pounds that I am determined to lose before my son graduates from high school in June. And I know I can do it if I set my mind to it! Thank you for being brave enough to post about your weight issues and for encouraging the rest of us fighting that battle right along side of you. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
I hope you have a great weekend!
Hugs,
Donna
