Hello!
Good Morning, and thank you so much for visiting!
My friend Dan from dan-yesterdayoncemore, posted a challenge on his blog, and I'm going to write my 5 things that I am so very Thankful for. Here they are:
1. I am so very Thankful that God died on the cross for all of my sins.. Thank You Lord Jesus!
2. I am so very Thankful for my Family..
3. I am so very Thankful for my Home..
4. I am so very Thankful for my Health.. One thing that I often find myself taking for granted.. until I get down sick with something, than I take note, for sure then..
5. I am so very Thankful for my wonderful memories that I have stored and gosh, I pray that the Lord will allow me to recall them forever, as they are all sooo very precious to me..
Thank you Dan for giving us, and especially me this challenge..as there are soo many times that I take alot of things for granted... like being able to take my next breath! How often to I actually think of that? Not often enough!
I definately will keep these things that I am so very Thankful For close by that's for sure.. and I will reflect on them often..
Today is just going to be a work day in my home... household chores.. laundry, running the vacuum, dusting... Sure don't sound very exciting does it?? but, I make it exciting for me as, I love to put my favorite upbeat music on and listen to it while I run around doing my chores.. sometimes the volume finds a way of getting turned up ;) and sometimes I find myself singing along with the lyrics, or sometimes I even try to do a dance step or two... Hey, that's good exercise, right?!! I think so!!
I went and got my hair cut and colored yesterday... Did you ever have those times when your beautician cuts your hair a little bit shorter than what you had wanted? Mine did yesterday! Oh well.... I tell myself that it'll grow, but I don't really like my hair being quite this short in back.. The hairstyle itself I really do like.. & it's like my hair style in my profile picture, but just a tad bit shorter in the back. I know that I'll like it better in a week or two.. The color turned out real nice.. it's like a dark blond.. real close to my natural color..I'd say.
You all have a really wonderful day now...
Blessings,
~Lynn

ReplyDeleteI think your new cut and color is cute.
ReplyDeleteI like to wear mine cut short also.
I like how you do chores, it sounds like the way I do mine every weekend, if I am alone.
I visit Country girl at home daily and came over and I really enjoyed reading some of your past posts.
God bless
