Doesn't This Sound Delish!!

Good Morning!
I came across a real good recipe the other day, that I'd like to share with you all today! It is called:

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon.

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Baked-Salmon-Fillets-Dijon/Detail.aspx

Be sure to check it out too, as it sounds absolutely delish!!

My daughter, Michele, made some baked salmon when I was out visiting her in Ca. last June, and it was soooo wonderfully delish!! :) When I got back home I gave Michele's salmon recipe a try and ever since that day, Dan and I just can't seem to get enough salmon to eat! Everytime we go to our favorite Chinese food place to eat, we always get a nice sized portion of their baked salmon, along with all the other yummy goodies they have there to eat as well! Sooo very good!! We always try to eat at our favorite Chinese restaurant and our favorite Mexican restaurant at least one time during the week... Mmmm... sooo good!! We haven't got tired of eating Chinese or Mexican yet! I'd say that We are definately hooked on them both!!

I've not tried this recipe yet, but I am planning on doing so real soon! It looks real delish from the picture shared on allrecipes.

Our church cancelled all of their church services today because of all of the snow/icy weather. Hopefully all this snow will be gone away real soon!

You all have a wonderful day today! Take care & Stay warm!!

Blessings,
~Lynn

Here It Is Saturday Already!! Where Has The Week Gone??

Good Morning!
Kinda hard to believe that here it is Saturday once again.. Is it me, or are these days going by pretty fast? Seems like the days go Mon, Friday, Sat, Sun..You'd think for having 7 individual 24hr. days, that they would go by alot slooooower than what they are doing, now wouldn't ya?? Please tell me that it's not just me for whom these fast days are happening to..I just know there has to be others out there who notice this happening to them too.. Come on now, please do share with me...

I see from the news where Arkansas & Tennessee way have also received a lot of snow that came from out our way.. Hopefully, it all will be coming to an end real soon! Now isn't the first day of spring, like, the 20th of March?? There for awhile when we were having our high 60 degree weather here not so very long ago, I thought that surely spring would arrive early, but boy did I ever get fooled when winter came back knocking on my door!!

I pray that everyone stays safe and warm, and careful throughout these winter storms..

Today's just going to be a putter around the house day.. I'm thinking about doing our laundry, and a few other household chores. Sure doesn't sound too exciting does it?? But, I'm so grateful that I still have electricity to be able to do our laundry with, as there are so many out there now whose electricity isn't working because of the snow and ice storms..who would love to be able to just throw in a load of laundry at their house.. So, I am soo very thankful that we still have ours!

My hubby was feeling alot better, then he got up yesterday with drainage in the back of his throat and sounded all stuffed up.. I'm so afraid of this going into his lungs and causing him to have pneumonia.. Seems like every year he comes down with pneumonia.. I did actually talk him into getting the pneumonia shot this year, thank goodness! He's not up yet for me to ask how he's doing.. I'm just going to let him sleep.. Sometimes sleep can help some too.

**I just wanted to sneak in here and say **CONGRATULATIONS KAREN** on winning Dan's first giveaway!!

I hear my laundry machine calling me, so..guess I will go for now. You all take care, please be careful, be safe and stay warm!

Please have my hubby, Dan, in your prayers... Thank you so much.

Have a good & safe weekend...

Blessings,
~Lynn

More Ice/Sleet/Snow Updates...And, Some More Picture's To Share...

Good Morning! TGIF! This sure has seemed like a really nasty week! First starting out with my hubby being sick to all the snow/ice we now have.. Guess the snow that is falling out there now is supposed to be moving out sometime this evening..which really sounds sooo good to me! Oh gosh... I am more than sooo ready for spring to get here!!

I'm sharing more pictures with you all today.. I sure hope you aren't getting bored with looking at them.. It just really amazes me with how much ice, snow, sleet that we actually do get around these parts.. I was born and raised in the N.W. part of Pennsylvania, and I know how living with snow/ice/sleet can really be..and boy, we sure did get a bunch there, which to me always seemed to last forever! During the winter when I lived in Pennsylvania, I'd like go into hibernation, you know, like the bears do...I wouldn't venture going outside or driving anywhere unless I absolutely had to! I honestly can't say that I venture out anymore here than what I did back home in weather like we're having here now.. One nice thing I like about living here in Oklahoma is, that all the bad weather that we do happen to get here doesn't (normally) last for very long at all! Thank goodness! I just don't like living with bad weather on a daily basis.. I'm definately not a fan of the tornado season that we get here every year though.. Believe me, I'm always glad to get that season all behind me too! Thank goodness we have a tornado shelter built underground out in our garage! That was one requirement for us buying a home, that it absolutely must have one! Whether it was outside or inside the garage didn't matter, just as long as we had one! I really do miss a whole bunch the basements we had back home.. both for storage and yes, for safety reasons too! There aren't too many homes built around here that have basements.. but I've heard that they'll buid you one for underneath your home for an extra added cost..

I will have to share on my blog with you about when we were actually in the May 3rd, 1999 tornado... 3 years after our moving here to Oklahoma from Pennsylvania! Our son Daniel, was in the 9th grade in jr. high school at that particular time.. This is about all I'm going to share about it at this point.. but I promise that I will share more with you at another time.

You all have a great day and wonderful weekend too!! Thank you so much for visiting with me today!

Blessings,
~Lynn

Great Day For Staying In And Crocheting On My Afghan..

Good Morning Everyone...
Thought today would be a great day for me to just stay in and work on my afghan.. We definately are having an ice storm out there today.. There is already a quarter inch of ice out on the streets now.. and it's suppose to get worse throughout the day.. They have all the schools closed, and many other places are closed. Gosh, I sure hope everyone stays safe while out and about on the interstates and streets.. They say it's best to stay in... Needless to say, that's what I plan on doing!

Anyhow, I do plan on crocheting some more on my afghan.. I am quite anxious to get it done.. I think it will look real nice lying across the back of our couch.. and I think it's going to be pretty nice and warm too!
I've not made one like this one before.. I've made the double crocheted huge granny squared afghan, and the ripple afghan.. I'll be sure to share a picture once I get it all done. But..got to warn you, it will probably be months from now, as I only crochet a little at a time, since my fingers and left hand tire out so fast when I hold the yarn any length of time..

My husband Dan, is feeling much better today. He says he probably had the stomache flu.. I am so glad that he's feeling better! He is going to stay home from his work today, with the weather being so bad out, and with his resistance still not being completely back up to par, he came to the decision that it'd be best if he just stayed put today.. I highly agreed with him!

**I'm sharing with you all another beautiful giveaway! Spencer from bellamere cottage is having one! Be sure to visit her blog and sign up for it!

You all have a great day! Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting with me! Feel free to come by any time, as you are more than welcome to visit.. I love having company stop by! Be sure to leave a comment for me too if you'd like!

Blessings,
~Lynn

Winter Storms Heading Our Way...

Good Morning! Gosh, here it is, the sun is shining and the skies are soo blue and pretty, and it's in the low 50's. Not bad start of a day at all. Then tomorrow, we are supposed to have rain around 9am, and then around 2 or 3pm I guess it's suppose to turn to ice, then snow... I am so not looking forward to this ice/snow storm! The news channels has given everybody at least a two day warning to get prepaired for this storm.. I sure hope no body loses their electricity during this storm.. Our actual last really bad, ice storm that I recall was a bad one! It took some time to get all the tree limbs and debris cleared from all the areas that was hit real bad..
Our latest snow/ice storm happened Christmas day and continued for several days after.. but the really big ice storm I'm talking now about happened 9-10 years ago,and I was still working at the time.. One of the lady's I worked with was without her electricity for weeks... a very long time.. I don't know how she did it!! I think her and her husband did end up getting a generator, but, it was quite a while later, as there wasn't any generator's to be had before and when the ice storm actually hit! Every place was sold out of them! Then when they did get some in, there was a real long waiting list for them! I am so glad we have one.. as one just never knows when they'll need to have one for their use..

I don't like for anyone, and especially my family and love one's to have to be out there driving on the streets and highways when weather like this happens. It's just sooo much better to just stay home where one can be safe... I am so very glad that I don't work anymore. That was a long drive for me, and especially in bad weather, and the drive to my workplace was like 25 miles one way.. in which I traveled 4 times a day, which added up to 100 miles per day..as I worked with school bus transportation..

I will keep everyone in my prayers who are in the areas of this storm that is headed our way... It's coming from California, through Arizona, and into Oklahoma ( which they say is the bulls eye of the storm) and then into Arkansas.. It sounds to be pretty nasty of a storm, from what the weathermen are saying.. Everyone be and keep safe and take care..

I'm going to check and make sure I have everything I need before the storm heads my way.. Today's the day to get something if we need to, that's for sure!

Blessings,
~Lynn

I Won One Of Donna's Beautiful Giveaways!!

Good Morning!!
I am so excited!! I visited Donna's blog this morning, and lo and behold, I found out that I am one of the lucky winners of one of her beautiful giveaways!! The picture is the giveaway I won!! Such a wonderful way to start out my Tuesday Morning!!

Pam from Prim In A Small Town is the lucky winner of Donna's beautiful afghan package! Congratulations Pam!!!

Today is my weight watcher's meeting... I've not been good at all this week... We ate at China Buffet last evening, and I ate no no's that I absolutely know I shouldn't have...you know, all those cookies and sweets that they have just sitting there. I had way too many sweets over the allowed limit!! So, when I get weighed in today... I wouldn't be surprised if I would have gained 5 pounds!! I get so mad at myself when I can't disapline myself!! Just doesn't make sense to me as why I can't!! I love Chinese food too much to quit going, soooo, guess I had better learn how to just nicely pass myself by the desert without even glancing at them! Keep your fingers crossed for me!!

My husband Dan, woke up this morning around 3:30am with having symptoms of the stomache flu.. I sure hope it isn't the seasonal flu or the swine flu!! We don't need to have any one of them that's for sure!

Thank you so much for stopping by and please do keep all of the people who were in my yesterday's post in your prayers.. Thank you ever so much again.

Have a wonderful day!

Blessings,

Always Having Good Intentions ...

Good Morning! It's such a beautiful looking blue skied, sun shinny day, but.. oooh so cold of a morning here, as it's only 32* out.. But there's just something about looking out and seeing the blue sky and sunshine that makes one not really care about what the temperature might be outside.. at least with me it seems that way.

I titled my writing today as.. Always Having Good Intentions.. One of my good intentions as I have shared a picute of is... starting my day out with me eating a good breakfast and to continue my day out by my eating of good food too..but, then my good intentions somehow stray away.. Now how do I even begin to imagine that I will be able to get back to my goal weight unless I discipline myself more?? I have really good intentions of eating right throughout my day then.... Believe me, I am really trying to work on this so that I can get back on track and get back to my goal weight, as I've been at my goal weight before and I know Weight Watcher's way does work! I just have got to do more than have good intentions...

I hope everyone had a good weekend! We had a real nice one! We went to Church and then after Church we met Daniel at IHOP for lunch...and then later Sunday early evening, Dan and I went to Johnny's and Dan had a chef salad and I had their cranberry, mandarin orange salad, which is sooo delish!! Saturday was just a laid back day for me since Dan had to work.. I just read, puttered around the house and was on our PC for awhile and then also watched some tv. Now today will be somewhat different for me, as I like to get our laundry all done on Monday's! Especially since on Tuesday I go to my Weight Watcher meeting and that's when Dan and I have our set datetime for eating lunch out together during the work week. I love having these times to look forward to, when Dan and I get be together..

I was wondering if you all would join me in saying prayers for these people:

Penny, Shauna, Deena, Michele, Jamie, Dan, Tammy & Jason & Family, My cousin Clifford and Sandy's son who has cancer, Cathy, Mary, for our Military troops who are serving overseas and for those military soldiers who are at home in the United States and for their families, and for the soldiers who died for your's and my freedon in the U.S. and their families and for all of the hurting people and their families in Haiti, and for everyone in need of our prayers at this time.. Thank you all so much.

Please do check out and enter the great giveaway's listed down on the left column of my blog.. They all sound soo great!!

I wish you all a real good day and a wonderful week too!!

Blessings,
~Lynn

These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things...

Good Morning...
I'd like to share with you some of my favorite things...

I really LOVE my Mustang!! I really like all my items that have roosters on them! I really like my Black Shutters that I won last year from Tammy's give away on her blog! Tammy's husband, Jason made them and Tammy painted them! I love all of my traveling spoons! My daughter Michele always gets them for me from all the different places in the U.S. that she goes to visit! I have several other spoons that Michele has got for me that I need to put in another wood spoon holder sometime real soon! I also have shared a picture of some of my porcelain dolls that my son Jamie has got for me for Christmas over the past several years, and then I have a picture of the bamboo woven basket that held my Christmas Japanese Cherry Blossom goodies in that my son Daniel got me for Christmas this year.. These are just a few of my favorite things to share with you today... I'll share more of my favorite's with you another time, I promise!

Here Is A Recipe For Creamy, Spicy, Iced Up Chai!!

Good Morning, and a beautiful morning it is at that! Sunshine and blue skies! I wanted to share with you that Willa from The Old Cupboard Door is having a giveaway for her really cute Ginger Gal...Today is the last day to sign up for it, so please be sure to visit Willa's blog..

I've been sitting here at the computer, asking myself, hmmm, what can I share with you all today on my blog? I pondered over this and I pondered over that, and then decided that I'd like to share a Chai cold drink recipe with you all.. It's called...

Chai..It. You'll Like It!

This is a creamy, spicy, iced-up Chai.. and soooo good!!

Ingredients:

2 Black Chai tea bags
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tbsp. fat free non dairy powdered creamer (like the kind by Coffee mate)
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
2 No calorie sweetner packets (like splenda or Truvia)
8-10 Ice cubes
Optional topping: Fat free Reddi-wip

Directions:

Place tea bags and cinnamon stick in a tall glass. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and steep for 15 minutes. (You want it strong so you can ice it down quickly)

Remove tea bags and cinnamon stick and discard. Add powdered creamer, vanilla extract, and sweetner, and stir until completely dissolved. Add 2 ice cubes and stir till they melt.

Add remaining ice and stir. If you like, top it off with a squirt of Reddi- wip.. Then...find a straw and start sipping!!

This will make 1 serving...

I hope you will like it as much as I do!!

My daughter, Michele and her friend Maggie had me try some Chai tea, and I've been hooked on it ever since!! My pantry always has at least 2 full boxes of Chai tea just waiting for me! I always like to have some of it ahead, don't want to ever run out, don't you just know!!

I hope you all have had a good week.. It sure has gone by fast though, hasn't it? I've had fun all week coming here and writing and sharing my blog with you..

Today, I've got a couple errands to run and then who knows?? Maybe have lunch out today with my hubby??(Our chinese food place that we love to eat at is calling my name!!) and then... Maybe do a little shopping afterwards?? I always like doing that too!! Anyhow, you all have a wonderful day and a really, really great weekend!!

Blessings,
~Lynn

Dan's Being Thankful Challenge...

Hello!
Good Morning, and thank you so much for visiting!

My friend Dan from dan-yesterdayoncemore, posted a challenge on his blog, and I'm going to write my 5 things that I am so very Thankful for. Here they are:
1. I am so very Thankful that God died on the cross for all of my sins.. Thank You Lord Jesus!
2. I am so very Thankful for my Family..
3. I am so very Thankful for my Home..
4. I am so very Thankful for my Health.. One thing that I often find myself taking for granted.. until I get down sick with something, than I take note, for sure then..
5. I am so very Thankful for my wonderful memories that I have stored and gosh, I pray that the Lord will allow me to recall them forever, as they are all sooo very precious to me..

Thank you Dan for giving us, and especially me this challenge..as there are soo many times that I take alot of things for granted... like being able to take my next breath! How often to I actually think of that? Not often enough!

I definately will keep these things that I am so very Thankful For close by that's for sure.. and I will reflect on them often..

Today is just going to be a work day in my home... household chores.. laundry, running the vacuum, dusting... Sure don't sound very exciting does it?? but, I make it exciting for me as, I love to put my favorite upbeat music on and listen to it while I run around doing my chores.. sometimes the volume finds a way of getting turned up ;) and sometimes I find myself singing along with the lyrics, or sometimes I even try to do a dance step or two... Hey, that's good exercise, right?!! I think so!!

I went and got my hair cut and colored yesterday... Did you ever have those times when your beautician cuts your hair a little bit shorter than what you had wanted? Mine did yesterday! Oh well.... I tell myself that it'll grow, but I don't really like my hair being quite this short in back.. The hairstyle itself I really do like.. & it's like my hair style in my profile picture, but just a tad bit shorter in the back. I know that I'll like it better in a week or two.. The color turned out real nice.. it's like a dark blond.. real close to my natural color..I'd say.

You all have a really wonderful day now...

Blessings,
~Lynn

It's Wednesday...Hump Day! WooHoo!!

Good Morning... Here it is Wednesday already! I haven't decided yet as to what all I hope to get done before my hair appointment today.. I'm just having one of those lazy-ish days..I guess. I really had a nice day yesterday! I went to my WW's meeting, and then Sandy, (is a lady who has moved here from Tennessee and is in my WW's class) and I went out to lunch at Subway.. then I got my nails done and then went home..

I wanted to share that I did have a weight loss of .2lb... I was really hoping for more, but, a weight loss, no matter how small it may be, is in the right direction.. I will just have to try a bit harder to do better this coming week! Many of you have done great on your weight losses! Sandy (from my WW's) and I have decided on getting together soon and walking 2 or 3 times a week. I think that would be great! I think if we have a friend who can keep us focused and accountable really helps one out a bunch too! Thank you to everyone who wished me good luck! It really worked!

Dan from yesterday once more mentioned on his blog about a lady who's friend's son Luke, has cancer, and would like for us to keep Luke and his family in our prayers.. It is so hard for one to begin to understand the reasons as to why these illnesses happen to our love ones... I honestly believe that someday the Lord will tell us why..

I'd like to have some prayers said for the people in Haiti, that they receive the medical supplies and help that they need, for our president and for our nation, for all the military soldiers, those overseas and also for the one's who are at home and for all of their families, for the people who are having the bad weather now, and also for my friends and family who are in need of our prayers.. Thank you all so very much for your prayers!

You all have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by!

Weigh In Today At Weight Watcher's!!

Good Morning!
My goodness is it ever foggy outside! It is 37* out and is to get up to 65* today! That sounds sooo good!!

Now, to write a bit on my original topic! Today is my Weight Watcher's Tuesday weigh in and meeting.. I am hoping that I have lost some weight, as I've really tried hard being good all week long! I lost .2 last Tuesday...I'll let you know how I did today!

I did make it to my goal weight back in June 25, 2008. So, I'm a Lifetime member now, but... for me not to have to pay my monthly fee, I've got to weigh no more than 2 pounds over my goal weight.. and, to say the least, I'm like 13 pounds away from the 2 pounds that is allowed over one's goal weight.. I get so mad at myself, as I know how hard it is to take the weight off, but did I do anything about it?? NO!! Losing 5 pounds would be alot faster for me than what 13 will be.. But anyhow, I'm working on getting myself back on track...once again! I really should get myself into walking each day.. I know for a fact that does work and works well! When we first moved here, my son Daniel and I would take a 30 minute walk every day and it made me feel soo much better and also caused me to LOSE weight, weight that I wasn't at that particular time trying to lose. I was just awed by all the gorgeous homes that was in my son,Jamie and his wife's neighborhood, and just enjoyed walking around checking them all out!! One day I was putting on one of my skirts, getting ready for church in the morning, and I noticed that my skirt was quite a bit large for me... I got weighed on my daughter in law's bathroom scales, and lo and behold, I had lost 26 pounds beknowns to me.. as I wasn't aware that I was losing weight... I was just enjoying walking around the neighborhood looking at all the gorgeous homes! Anyhow, I lost 38 pounds this last time being on weight watcher's and I surely don't want to gain it all back, that's for sure! Wish it would come off as easily as it comes on, that would be wonderful!! So, I'm trying to get myself back on track so I can stay at my lower weight.. If anyone has any other suggestions as to what I might try along with walking, please do share with me! I appreciate any help and suggestions that anyone might have.

Wish me luck today!! I will let you know how I did at my weigh in tomorrow!
Have a wonderful day!

Hubby Got Us Some New Kitchen Storage Units For In Our Cabinets!

Good Morning!
I am sooo excited today! Dan went and got us 4 new storage units! Three of them are going to be used for storage areas in our Kitchen and the other one is going to be used in the cabinet underneath our masterbathroom's sink.. I have a sink cabinet that just has the one level of storage underneath, and I have been having a real hard time keeping it neat and also it has been hard keeping track of what and what I don't have with it all cluttered like it now is... My cabinet doesn't have any drawers at all on it, which makes keeping things neat hard for me to do too! Our masterbath is on the smallish side.. Nice, but small!!

One of my New Year's Resolution's was to get our home to be more organized!! I have always been an organized person, and trying to live other wise just does not make it for me!! I need several different kinds of storage units and shelves to help me get organized, from getting organized in the kitchen areas, our master closet in our bedroom, which is a real disaster area at the present time..and it's to be a walk in closet! I'm sure!! .... out to the garage areas are all included within this organization resolution of mine! I think my Hubby is right on the same track mind set as I am for wanting to get this all done! We have lived in our home for 7 years now and we've yet to be able to use our 2 car garage for our cars, as it's intended purpose was meant to be! I just want to get to the point of living where, yes, less is more, especially in my case!! Seems asthough I hold on to everything, and you know what.... so does my Hubby!! We always say...well, maybe someday, we'll find a use for this or someday a use for that.. and just hang on to whatever it may be...Well, this is the NEW YEAR for CHANGE, and starting yesterday for us!! Wish us luck!! I am sure we will do just fine, since both of us are wanting to get more organized... But, ohhhh what a job we have ahead of us!! Now this includes going through drawers in all of our dressers, and the whole cha bang!! We'll make it, and I can't wait to share those nice organized room pictures with you all when we get everything all done!!

Hope all of you had a great weekend!! We had a real nice one! Today is gorgeous with the sun shining outside so pretty, and I think our high is supposed to get to 64*... not bad!! I am sooo ready for spring to get here!! Bet alot of you are too!!

You all take care now and thanks so much for coming to visit me today! Have a wonderful day!

Busy Day Or So It Seemed...

Seems like my hubby and I have been on the go all day today! We left the house before lunch to go to Lowe's and pick me up a new shower curtain rod for my new shower curtain, and a new pull out rack for in our master bathroom cabinet... Hopefully this will help me become organized with my items in that cabinet.. Then, we came home, dropped off our goodies, and then we gave Daniel a call and decided to all meet up at IHOP on Sante Fe.. I tried my best to be good, but it's sooo hard with so many great choices of what to eat! After that we came home for a little while then we decided to go to Homeland grocery store and pick up just a few items... Well, a few items became a whole bunch more before we were done in there! I really dread going grocery shopping whether it's just for a few items or a whole list of items! I'm so glad that Dan was home to go grocery shopping with me though, and I sure do appreciate his help of bringing all the groceries in for me too! So anyhow, we got all the groceries put away, and then we decided that we would eat our supper and then we could go and relax a spell before it gets to be our bedtime.. Dan fixed supper this evening and it was sooo good! He made our daughter Michele's recipe for baked salmon, and we had some potato au gratin that we received from Omaha Steaks that was part of a package set from Michele for our Christmas present. Sooo delish!! Then we had some spinach and... then we shared one piece of delicious red velvet cake that we got from the grocery store. There just a one piece serving of cake and that is what we split. I know if we would have bought the whole cake...we'd eat it for sure, as red velvet cake is both of our favorite cakes to eat!! Oh my goodness, sooo good!! So that brings you all up to where we are at now... I'm posting on my blog here and Dan is in the livingroom watching tv..

Tomorrow we are planning on going to church and then going out for lunch with Daniel. We try to make it our family day every Sunday to have all three of us get together for lunch.. We've done this for a long time now.. I sure did miss this when Daniel was stationed over in Iraq.. Every Sunday, going out for lunch just wasn't quite the same for my hubby and me without Daniel being there to join us for lunch too.. It means so much that we are able to do that again now! The only thing that could make it any better would be if Michele and Jamie could be here with us for our family outings on Sunday's too. Jamie is now living in California and Michele is now in Arizona.. and we sure do savor the times that we all can be together for family get togethers, which means ever so much to us!

You all have a wonderful evening, and a beautiful Sunday...

It's Friday!! Happy Weekend Everyone!!

I had a wonderful time at our dinner last night at church! We had tomato basil and tortilla cheese soups and lettuce salad and dressings..bread, ice tea, water and some.. assorted cookies! I was bad, as I did have me a peanut butter cookie, and it tasted sooo good!! It's so hard being on weight watcher's.. but, I'm glad to say I'm back on track today! I met alot of wonderful ladies and hope to see them again soon!

I thought I'd share a picture of the scentchips and container that I have.. I just love using it, and the scents are wonderful!! They have sooo many scents to choose from, and each one smells so wonderfully good!! They last a real long time too!

Have a great weekend everybody!!

Good Morning Once Again!

I really think I'm beginning to love blogging!! I have yet so much to learn though! I'd like to take time here to say Thank You to all you wonderful people for being my followers and for your kind comments! You all are the very best!!

I am really looking forward to this evening! Our ladies at our church are having a Reflect dinner and get together, just for us ladies! This will be my first time going to the ladies get togethers, and I am so looking forward to it. We just started going to our new church about a month or so ago and my hubby and I really like it real well.. I'll let you know how it went tomorrow!

I received my new shower curtain and bath hand towels yesterday from Lakeside Collections... I really like them real well! I think they'll be getting alot more orders from me!

Guess I will get busy here and I will write more again... You all have a wonderful day!

Good Morning!

Good Morning! I can't believe I have a blog of my very own!! Woohoo!! Can you tell I'm excited about it?! I had a hard time sleeping as I kept thinking about what all to write on my blog..

I haven't decided yet what I'm doing today, so, I'll just sit here with my cup of coffee and ponder over what to write and also what I might do today...

I changed the template of my blog already.. I thought I'd give this one a try now.. They have a couple shown that I really liked..

Thank you all for all your kind comments! I see that the picture of our mustangs are on my post.. The one on the left is our son Daniel's and the one on the right is mine! Daniel's is a 1999 Cobra and mine is a 2000 Mustang.. I love them both!! My mustang was Daniel's first Mustang.. then he let me have it, as he wanted to get his Cobra.. No problem!! I fell in love with it the very first time I laid eyes on it!!
As you'll find out throughout my blog writing, I Love My Cars, about as much as I love decorating and shopping!!

Guess I will go for now...

Have a wonderful day! Thanks so very much for visiting my blog and please do come back and visit me again!
